General Airport Information
Ministro Pistarini International Airport, commonly known as Ezeiza Airport after its location, is the main airport serving Argentina’s capital city and the country’s largest aviation hub. Located approximately 31 km / 19.2 miles southwest of Buenos Aires, EZE Airport handles both domestic and international flights and hosts a wide range of local air carriers and major global airlines.
Terminals
Ezeiza Airport consists of three terminal buildings interconnected via pedestrian walkways, allowing easy transfers on foot.
- Terminal A – International Arrivals: handles arrivals from international destinations.
- Terminal C – Domestic Arrivals: dedicated exclusively to domestic arrivals.
- New Departures Terminal: a modern facility serving all departures, both domestic and international.
Hotels
Whether you prefer staying close to Ezeiza Airport or booking accommodation in the heart of Buenos Aires, the available options are plentiful. From convenient airport hotels ideal for early departures or long layovers to boutique and luxury hotels downtown, travelers can easily find lodging that suits their plans and budget.
Parking
Ezeiza Airport offers multiple parking solutions to accommodate passenger needs. Short- and medium-term parking is available at Car Parks E1, E3, and E5, suitable for stays of up to one week. Car Park E2 is reserved for members only, while Car Park E4 serves as the airport’s long-stay parking facility. In addition, a dedicated waiting area is available for drivers picking up arriving passengers.
Layover at the Airport
Although Ezeiza Airport does not offer an extensive range of amenities, passengers can still enjoy their layover by exploring the available shopping and dining options. For longer stopovers, leaving the airport to discover Buenos Aires — the vibrant “capital of tango” — is highly recommended and can turn a layover into a memorable experience.
